Season 15's biggest Diablo 4 story isn't raw DPS; it's whether gear can make a build feel recognizable again. The returning Legacy Uniques, expanded Charms, and revised Mythic path all point toward a game where your loadout says something about how you play, even down to how you spend D4 Gold on the wider endgame economy. The PTR has closed, and the numbers remain subject to change, but the design direction already gives us plenty to discuss.

The nine items that deserve your attention

The current PTR list contains nine confirmed Legacy Uniques: Leoric's Crown, Nemesis Bracers, Stone of Jordan, Squirt's Blouse, Arioc's Needle, Henri's Perquisition, In-Geom, The Furnace, and Messerschmidt's Reaver. Ring of Royal Grandeur appeared in earlier reports but was removed from the current official list, so treat older ten-item lists carefully. Messerschmidt's Reaver was confirmed without a testable effect, making it the biggest unknown.

Stone of Jordan supports elemental focus by tying resistance and damage to the same element.
In-Geom favors fast elite-to-elite clearing and frequent cooldown use.
Squirt's Blouse rewards clean defense but loses value after incoming damage.
Nemesis Bracers create extra elite encounters from Shrines.
The Furnace targets elite enemies, including bosses in many encounters.

Which Legacy Unique fits your playstyle

These items shouldn't be judged by a single damage-test screensBlockedword/sentence. Stone of Jordan may be excellent for an elemental build that already stacks one resistance, while The Furnace is more attractive for boss and elite pressure than general trash clearing. In-Geom wants momentum, Nemesis Bracers want Shrine density, and Squirt's Blouse asks you to manage barriers, movement, and positioning with discipline. From what I've seen, the best choice will depend as much on the activity as the character sheet.

Charms change the slot trade-off

Unique Charms are potentially more disruptive than the returning equipment because they let players place certain Unique effects in the Talisman system. The preview listed 23 Unique Charms, including seven tied to the Legacy group: Arioc's Needle, Henri's Perquisition, In-Geom, Nemesis Bracers, Squirt's Blouse, Stone of Jordan, and The Furnace. That means a player can consider an effect without automatically surrendering the item slot where it originally belongs.

Item Best-looking role Main cost
Stone of Jordan Elemental specialization Ring slot and element commitment
In-Geom Fast elite farming Less value against sparse targets
Squirt's Blouse High-risk DPS Bonus collapses after damage
The Furnace Elite and boss damage Two-handed weapon competition

Mythic quality needs restraint

Mythic Unique Charms can roll their properties at maximum values and strengthen the Unique effect, while remaining rare drops rather than items players can directly craft. The PTR also tested a path for upgrading a Unique into a Mythic version while preserving its existing statistics, alongside a Crafted tag and higher material cost. That preservation matters: finding a well-rolled Unique can become a real long-term target instead of an item you immediately discard while chasing better RNG.

My Season 15 checklist

Don't rebuild your character around PTR values before launch. First, identify the activity you actually run, then test the opportunity cost of each slot. Keep an ordinary Unique with strong rolls before spending rare materials, compare a Charm against the original item location, and check whether your defense can support Squirt's Blouse. I could be wrong but, the strongest Season 15 builds may come from pairing distinct effects rather than stacking the largest visible multiplier.

Season 15 has a chance to make Diablo 4 itemization more readable without flattening the meta into one approved loadout. Watch the final values, restrictions, and Charm pool, then spend your resources around a clear play pattern instead of a headline number. For players still tuning a seasonal character, browsing Diablo 4 Items for sale may help clarify which gear slots deserve attention, but the smarter purchase is always the one that supports the content you actually play.
