The Trump administration says it will allow up to 17,500 refugees to migrate to the U.S. in 2027, despite closing most of the U.S. refugee program, which is meant for those fleeing persecution and violence abroad. President Trump says those refugee spots will "primarily" go to white Afrikaners, who he claims are oppressed. CBS News' Camilo Montoya-Galvez reports.
