The Goblin event is close enough that you can almost hear the cackling, and yeah, the FOMO's real. Get Your Essence of Sin to Rank 5
If your Essence of Sin reputation isn't at Rank 5, you'll feel it. World boss rewards don't really justify the wait, and the whole loop starts to drag. You're not chasing highlight-reel kills; you're stacking points until the bar stops being a problem.
Farm Asmodan, but Don't Overcook the Difficulty
Asmodan is your reliable workhorse for Sigils, and the main trick is staying alive and keeping the pace up. People jump into Torment IV because it feels "correct," then the fight turns into a slow slog, someone drops, and the run falls apart. Normal difficulty can be boring, sure, but it's consistent. You'll often get around five rep per kill, and the real value is how many kills you can chain in an hour. Fast clears beat fancy clears almost every time.
Fill the Downtime with Red Elites and Smart Inventory Habits
When Asmodan isn't up, go roam for red elites in the open world or PvP zones. Bring a mobility-heavy build so you can zip, delete a pack, move on. That's it. Don't overthink it. The only thing that'll ruin the rhythm is your bags. Salvage junk often, scrap excess keys for mats, and mark anything valuable as a favorite the second it drops. You'd be shocked how many "I can't believe I salvaged that" stories start with rushing a cleanup.
Hoard Now so You Can Spend Fast Later
Try not to spend Mythic Pranksters or Tributes unless you have to. Their usefulness spikes when the event hits, and having a pile ready means you can react instantly instead of grinding under pressure. Sort your stash, prep your crafting materials, and set yourself up to click through upgrades without stopping. When the goblins finally flood Sanctuary, you'll be glad you're ready to capitalize, whether you're crafting, trading, or browsing Diablo 4 Items for sale for that one missing piece you just can't get to drop.
